Product arrived in great condition super quick!
Apart from smelling amazing, my fragrance bottle had a slow leak when it was put in a bag or lay on its side. I emailed Flaner and asked if this wasn't normal and they sent me this amazing package back with a hand written note and a couple extras!. So appreciative of this. Exelent cutomer service.
