Refund policy

 

We hope that you are totally enamoured with your purchase. However, understand that there may be faults or the product may not meet your expectations. We accept returns by mail for items purchased from Flâner Fragrances within 14 days from the day the order was received.  Return postage is at customers expense. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We are unable to refund any electronic gift ecards.  

Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition.  We are unable to accept returned goods that we believe have been used or opened.  In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and we will return such goods to you.  All our 50ml and 100ml purchases will include a 1.5 ml sample which enables you to experience your new perfume before unwrapping your full-sized purchase. Please do not open your fragrance packaging and instead use your sample.  If you dislike your fragrance, simply contact us within 14 days of recieving purchase via email at info@flanerfragrances.com

Please note, that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Sample Set, unless faulty, as these are sample sets for you to test all our wonderful fragrances.
