Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our Melbourne and London stores.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination. All orders are sent with tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We recommend that your order is delivered to a secure location as once the package has been delivered to the correct location, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.  If you are concerned your package has been lost - please contact us as soon as possible. We will not consider any lost claims after 4 weeks from date of purchase. 

Please note that once your order has left our store, we are not able to update the shipping address.

Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours before the tracking number becomes active and shows transit information. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact support for assistance. Please check your junk folder

While we always do our best to ensure speedy delivery, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, some orders may arrive outside of the carrier's estimated timeframe.
